Scientific research is a process of exploring, examining, studying, and investigating. It also reflects the efforts and determination of students. Moreover, scientific research is for those who are passionate and strive to introduce new methods, new solutions, and new tools to meet the learning and development needs of society.
At 7:30 a.m. on 12 May 2021, in Room D105, Campus 2, Lac Hong University, the official presentation session of student scientific research projects (NCKH) of the 2017 cohort from the Faculty of Business Administration - International Economics took place. The session was attended by PhD Nguyen Van Tan – Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration - International Economics; MB Huynh Thi Nhu Hieu – Head of the Economic Law Department; PhD Nguyen Van Dung – Head of the Business Administration Department; along with lecturers of the Faculty of Business Administration - International Economics, and students of the 2017 cohort presenting their scientific research projects.
After four months of exploration and focused research, together with the enthusiastic support and guidance of lecturers from the Faculty of Business Administration - International Economics, the students successfully completed their reports with highly creative and useful topics that brought significant value. Among them, Ms Dang Thi Kim Phung with the topic “Legal Services in Vietnam – Current Situation and Solutions,” and Mr Vo Thai Sinh with the topic “Improving the Effectiveness of Trademark Protection for Innovative Start-up Enterprises,” were recommended by the Council for presentation at the university level. These topics were highly practical, applicable in the future, and their content kept up with the trends and conditions that the country is aiming toward.

In turn, four students presented different topics, each with 7 minutes for presentation, after which the Council posed questions and provided comments to help improve the research projects. Specifically, students were required to supplement additional practical surveys, reallocate time and content among chapters, firmly grasp the research content, propose the most practical orientations and solutions, and conduct broader and deeper studies on related topics during the research process.
Expressing their emotions at this important moment, the students presented fresh bouquets of flowers and extended their best wishes as a token of gratitude to the Presentation Council. During the presentation, the students inevitably felt nervous and had a few shortcomings; however, they presented their topics to the best of their ability and answered questions intelligently and comprehensively.
At the same time, the Presentation Council worked very seriously and impartially to deliver the most deserving results. The scientific research presentation session concluded successfully.
Over the four months, alongside the research and internship process, the supervising lecturers played an important role as a bridge, guiding students toward completing the most comprehensive and best possible research topics.

Congratulations to the students of the 2017 cohort for successfully presenting their scientific research projects. Best wishes to the student whose project was recommended for university-level presentation for achieving good results and further progress. Congratulations on the efforts and dedication of both lecturers and students of the Faculty of Business Administration - International Economics.
