I was very sad and worried, but fortunately, I received encouragement and care from my family, friends, and lecturers, which helped restore my spirit and determination. Afterwards, the Faculty arranged a retake examination for me. The care, constant support, and the best possible conditions provided to students, as well as the wholehearted assistance and desire for students to graduate on time from the lecturers of the Faculty, have made me even more appreciative, grateful, and respectful of the sentiments that they have given me.”

After four years at university, the person who left the deepest impression on her was her homeroom lecturer, Nguyen Thi Bich Thuy.
