Recently, at 7:30 p.m. on 22 July 2021, a consultation and support session for high school students was held via Zoom to address students’ questions regarding the Economic Law major at Lac Hong University and to receive constructive feedback from them. The session was attended by the Admissions Office, PhD Nguyen Van Tan – Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration - International Economics, especially the lecturers of the Economic Law Division. In addition, lecturers and staff of the Faculty of Business Administration - International Economics, alumni of the Economic Law major, club advisors, and more than 30 high school students were present, contributing to a lively and engaging consultation and exchange session. All questions, admission incentive policies, and student benefits were shared thoroughly, comprehensively, and in accordance with the direction of the University’s Board of Rectors to ensure that students clearly understood the information.

The incentive policies for students registering for admission on the Golden Enrollment Day (26 July 2021) include:
One year of free standard English speaking training exclusively for the first 2,000 registered students.
Nine attractive scholarship categories: Early Enrollment Scholarship; Science and Technology and Excellent Student Scholarship; Scholarship for Female Students in Engineering majors; Youth Leader or Class Monitor Scholarship; Regional Scholarship; Valedictorian Scholarship; Study Encouragement Scholarship; Enterprise Scholarship; Partnership and Educational Cooperation Scholarship.
Early enrollment students receive 03 months of free accommodation in the dormitory, along with a free bus ticket.
A 2-day, 1-night trip for new students.
In addition to the policies presented by MB Nguyen Quang Liem from the Admissions Office, MB Huynh Thi Nhu Hieu – Head of the Economic Law Division – informed students about the subjects they would study when enrolling in the Economic Law major, including: Civil Law, Criminal Law, Land Law, Marriage and Family Law, Criminal Procedure Law, Civil Procedure Law, etc. Furthermore, students will have opportunities to participate in field trips, court visits, and attend court hearings, with schedules and regulations arranged by the leadership of the Faculty of Business Administration - International Economics.
Moreover, during their studies, students will participate in the “Mock Trial,” a practical programme regarded as the “specialty” of the Economic Law major at Lac Hong University. This activity provides knowledge and experiential learning opportunities, allowing students to assume roles in trial proceedings such as Judge, People’s Procuracy representative, People’s Juror, Plaintiff, Defendant, etc., along with many attractive prizes for winners.
During the consultation session, many questions were raised by students, such as: What incentives are available when studying at the University? How many clubs and teams does the University have, and how can students join them? What is the tuition fee per semester, and can it be paid in installments or deferred? Students also asked humorous questions such as whether studying at Lac Hong University means having a romantic partner, and whether tuition fees can be completely waived. All questions were addressed. In addition, the Faculty Youth Union – Student Association introduced students to annual activities, programmes, working areas, Faculty offices, and the University’s campuses.
At the conclusion of the session, students expressed great satisfaction as all their questions were answered and showed enthusiasm about registering to study at Lac Hong University to benefit from the incentive policies. The lecturers firmly believe that Lac Hong University will be a trustworthy institution for students to pursue their studies and develop their passions and dreams, with the hope that students will choose the university that best suits them.
