Project “Automov” Competes in the Challenge Round of the “Dong Nai Province Innovative Start-up Competition 2021”.

Today, at 7:30 a.m. on 20 September 2021, via Room, the competition “Dong Nai Province Innovative Start-up Competition 2021 – Challenge Round,” organized by the Dong Nai Department of Science and Technology, was successfully held with the participation of 20 projects and ideas from various fields, industries, and activities. Despite their diversity, these projects and ideas shared common aspirations, passion, and the desire to achieve start-up success.

From 25 projects in the preliminary round, the Organizing Committee selected 20 high-scoring projects to advance to the Challenge Round. Opening the Challenge Round was the project “Automov” by a team of student authors from Lac Hong University. In this round, each team had 5 minutes to present their project and a maximum of 7 minutes to respond to questions from the Jury. The projects were evaluated based on the following criteria: novelty and creativity of the idea and project; commercialization potential and growth capability; completeness of the business model/business plan; level of economic and social impact and significance; available resources for implementation; presentation skills (for the final round); and other criteria related to feasibility and effectiveness.

With thorough preparation and confidence in their product and idea, the team representative, Tuan Anh, delivered a fluent presentation and received high evaluations from the Jury. In addition, the “Automov” project also received questions and constructive feedback from Jury members with professional expertise and extensive experience in provincial innovative start-up competitions as well as other major competitions organized in neighboring provinces.

In addition to the project authors and teams, Lac Hong University was honored to have PhD Nguyen Van Tan – Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration - International Economics and Head of the University’s Start-up Training Division – participating as a Jury member. Following each project’s presentation, the Challenge Round concluded after four hours of working. Projects with high scores will be selected by the Organizing Committee to proceed to the next round and will be notified accordingly.
